Adam J. Wojewodzki is an associate at Wilks, Lukoff & Bracegirdle and concentrates his practice in corporate and complex commercial litigation in Delaware courts.
Prior to joining Wilks, Lukoff & Bracegirdle, Adam served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jan R. Jurden, President Judge of the Superior Court of Delaware, Complex Commercial Litigation Division, and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Mary Pat Thynge, Chief Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
While in law school, Adam was an Articles Editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, for which he was awarded the Russell R. Levin Memorial Award. Adam also completed the Business Organizations Law Certificate Program, and was a legal intern in the Widener Environmental and Natural Resources Law Clinic.
Adam earned a J.D., cum laude, from Widener University Delaware Law School, and a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
Adam is admitted to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the Richard S. Rodney American Inn of Court.
